A quarter of the global population – 2 billion people use unsafe drinking water. This segment of ‘The World Minute With Grace Farah’ reports on the recent UN 2023 Water Conference, which brought together over 10,000 participants from around the world to tackle the water crisis.
The conference put a spotlight on this vital global resource focusing on the universal right to access safe water, and centered on the Water Action Agenda which included global access to safe drinking water, sanitation and hygiene.
